Job Description

Job Title: Plumbing SuperintendentWe are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Superintendent to join our projects in Northern Canada, including territories and Nunavut. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multi-craft teams of up to 12 people on commercial and infrastructure projects. These projects include commercial buildings, retirement homes, institutional constructions, government-funded schools, airports, and numerous works for the RCMP. While you will be primarily stationed at one project, you will likely need to oversee functions on other projects, hence a willingness and ability to collaborate is essential. Projects durations can vary from a few weeks to a few years, and travel between sites is a common occurrence. Your responsibilities will be split between hands-on work (50%) and administrative/office tasks (50%) such as submitting LEMs, reporting for Project Managers, and organizing 6-week work plans broken into work packages. You will be the primary point of contact on the site for the office, supervising projects ranging from 100k up to 5M.Hard Skills

Overtime is applicable after 8 hours. The work schedule follows a 28 days on, 14 days off pattern.
