Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing product displays. Utilize basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash handling. Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about current promotions, products, and technology sales trends.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent organizational skills to maintain store standards. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.
