As a Plumbing Foreman at Immortal Plumbing and Heating, you'll play a key role in overseeing plumbing installation projects. You'll manage a team, ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain job site safety, and ensure projects are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of plumbers on commercial job sites. Ensure all plumbing installations comply with local building codes and safety standards. Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements. Coordinate project schedules and materials. Maintain daily communication with project managers and clients to provide progress updates. Perform hands-on plumbing work when needed. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Train and mentor junior plumbers, offering guidance and support.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, installation techniques, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Valid plumbing license Clean driving record and valid driver's license (company vehicle provided). Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention. to detail.
