Canada CRS is seeking an experienced and motivated

Plumbing Division Manager

to lead our growing plumbing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee a wide variety of

commercial and residential projects

. From installations and troubleshooting to routine maintenance and repairs, you'll guide and support your team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality results. We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with proven leadership and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and support plumbing technicians on multiple projects Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues while guiding the team toward solutions Perform and oversee pipe welding when required Collaborate with HVAC and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system performance Manage tools, equipment, and ensure job sites remain safe and organized Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies Report to senior management on project progress and team performance
Qualifications

Proven experience as a plumber with supervisory or managerial responsibilities Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and industry best practices Valid plumbing license or certification (preferred, not mandatory) Previous leadership experience (foreman, lead, or manager role is an asset) Familiarity with HVAC systems (asset) Physically capable of heavy lifting and fieldwork when required Valid driver's license (commercial vehicle operation an asset) Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
