Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice Plumber. This position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to learn from a licensed plumber. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will assist in various plumbing tasks, gaining valuable skills and knowledge.
Duties
Assist licensed plumber in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks. Help assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications. Participate in welding tasks as needed for pipe connections. Support HVAC installations and repairs as part of a comprehensive plumbing service. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Attend training sessions to enhance skills in plumbing techniques and industry standards. Willing to work overtime as needed
Experience
Basic understanding of math principles relevant to plumbing calculations. Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints is preferred but not required. Experience using hand tools and power tools is beneficial. A willingness to learn about plumbing systems, including assembly techniques and HVAC systems. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Requirements
G driver license G3 or G2 gas license not required but very beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
