We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Plumber to join our team. Looking for 2nd, 3rd and 4th years As an Apprentice Plumber, you will work under the supervision of experienced plumbers, gaining hands-on experience and learning the essential skills needed to excel in this trade. You will be involved in various plumbing tasks, assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems. Must have some plumbing knowledge
Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand plumbing layouts and specifications.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Support experienced plumbers in diagnosing issues and troubleshooting plumbing problems.
Learn basic math skills for measuring and calculating necessary materials for projects.
Collaborate with team members on various projects, including HVAC installations.
Follow safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks on job sites.
Experience
Basic understanding of mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems is preferred.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing work.
Experience or coursework in carpentry is a plus as it relates to building structures for plumbing installations.
A willingness to learn and develop skills in blueprint reading, basic math applications, and plumbing techniques.
No prior experience is required; however, a passion for the trade and a strong work ethic are essential for success.
