Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems, plumbing, and general assembly. This role requires the ability to perform heavy lifting and operate various power tools while adhering to safety protocols. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment in both residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to industry standards. installing plumbing and piping systems on construction or renovation projects diagnosing and repairing plumbing fixtures, drainage systems, leaks, or burst pipes testing plumbing fixtures and piping for leaks Inspecting plumbing fixtures and piping for maintenance purposes coordinating with a general contractor or relevant manager on a job site ensuring that safety regulations are met conducting administrative tasks like scheduling appointments with clients and sending invoices Perform plumbing tasks including installation and repairs of pipes and fixtures. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential issues. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services performed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.

Requirements

Proven experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, or related fields. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job (up to 50 pounds). Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is preferred. Experience with welding techniques is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
