CMac Mechanical is looking for a well rounded plumbers with experience in the residential field.

We are looking for 2nd, 3rd, 4th year and journeyman plumbers to apply.

C Mac is also interested in working with other companies and sub contracting work.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in accordance with local codes and regulations. Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal functionality. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine plumbing layouts. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently. Perform heavy lifting as required for installations or repairs of plumbing systems. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and HVAC technicians, to complete projects on time. Ensure all work areas are clean and organized after completing tasks. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any necessary follow-up actions.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and components. Proficiency in carpentry skills for installation or modification of structures as needed. Valid commercial driving license preferred for transportation of materials to job sites. Competence in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks. Experience in construction practices related to plumbing installations. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations. Capability for heavy lifting when necessary during installations or repairs. Welding skills may be beneficial for specific plumbing applications or repairs.
