Job Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Plumber to join our team in Sydney, NS.
Schedule:
Day shift Monday to Friday
Requirements:
Must have drivers license Plumbing experience
Responsibilities:
Prepare and clean plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, showers, etc. Install pipes in pipes or water supply systems for carrying water, sewer lines, etc. Read schematics and drawings and design work according to specifications. Install pipes and fixtures in plumbing systems to carry water for irrigation or for domestic use. Inspect and install plumbing devices and equipment safely according to safety rules and regulations.
Install pipes and pipes in water supply systems. Carries water from the well or tank system to the pipe system where the water is used to connect the valves and pumps that control the flow of water within the system. Connects pipes with various fittings to form the main pipe line of a plumbing system. Fills out necessary paperwork for an installation project such as plumber's order, blueprints, etc., according to instructions on company website. Performs other duties as assigned by management such as assisting with inventory or ordering supplies, maintaining equipment records, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
Sydney, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
plumbing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
plumbing license (preferred)
Work Location: In person
