We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Build and assemble plumbing systems according to specifications. Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete plumbing tasks. Perform welding as needed for pipe connections and repairs. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and HVAC technicians, to ensure comprehensive project completion. Execute heavy lifting tasks as required during installations or repairs. Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations.

Experience

Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to plumbing work. Experience using power tools and performing heavy lifting tasks is essential. Previous experience working alongside carpenters or in HVAC environments is a plus.

Pay: $19.00-$27.00 per hour
