Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to work in various environments, from residential to commercial settings. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in accordance with local codes and regulations. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform tasks effectively. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. Perform heavy lifting as required for installation or repair tasks. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in plumbing or a related field is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues. Familiarity with carpentry, HVAC systems, construction practices, and assembly techniques is advantageous. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed for projects. Experience with commercial driving may be beneficial for transporting tools and materials as needed. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently while performing physical tasks throughout the day. Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $22.08-$44.45 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
