RESPONSIBILITIES

Service & maintenance of

commercial

, multi-family residential & light industrial mechanical systems.

Complex

leak investigations, backflow testing, PRV analysis, drainage service & optimization, pipe infrastructure replacements, fixture repairs, pump diagnostics, and boiler

troubleshooting and replacement

. Troubleshooting &

training

support for apprentices. Ability to work during the core business hours of 8:00AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday and attend occasional overtime call outs. Available to take part in rotating on-call shifts with team member support to satisfy our customers' needs. Working mostly in the lower mainland, with occasional trips to the Fraser Valley and sea to sky corridor.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum

5 years

' experience as a Service Plumber, a Red Seal is an asset. Familiarity with servicing

high-rise mechanical systems

, boilers, pumps, pressure reducing valves, and backflow devices. Class-A gas ticket & cross connection ticket is considered an asset & will be compensated accordingly. Valid Class 5 or 7 driver's license and ability to provide a driver's abstract.

WHAT WE OFFER

$55.40/hr.

(includes a combined 12% for holiday & vacation pay)

Additional seven dollars and fifty cents per hour

in RRSPs + Local 516 Union Membership (after probation)
