We are currently seeking a

Plumber

to join our team that is willing to learn and grow in a quickly expanding company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background working in the

Plumbing (Mid-Rise/High-Rise buildings, Commercial)

industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct installing, modifying, repairing, maintaining, and inspecting. Conduct diagnosing and isolating the problem and identifies other preventative work while on site. Serve as the liaison between the project management team and the field team to ensure that the work aligns with the construction standards. Monitor work performance of the team and conduct time management to ensure the project plans. Review the project plans and estimate the underlying cost to control the budget. Inspect and report the project progress and maintain accurate documentation of the work.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

3 years previous experience as a certified mechanical worker related to Plumbing field. Professional licenses (Master Plumber Red Seal) or any additional Licenses would be considered as an asset . Excellent time management, planning and organization skills. Strong understanding of schematics. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
