Description and RequirementsWork Location: Field / On sitePosition Type: PermanentLocation: Saskatoon, SaskatchewanCompensation Range: $40-45/hrWe require energetic, motivated and career-minded Plumbers to be responsible for performing onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes.What we are looking for:

• Journeyman certification or apprentice
• Experience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, trouble shooting and water heaters (tanks, tankless\' s and boilers). Hydronic/boiler experience is an asset.
• Proven experience in diagnosing & servicing residential units.
• A thorough understanding of provincial plumbing code and standards;
• Strong customer service skills and good communication skills
• An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude
• A valid driver\'s license with a suitable driving abstract
• Clear criminal background check
• Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn.

What will you do:We want our Plumbers to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.

• Complete general and specific plumbing inspections
• Promote the company\'s products and services on every call
• Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude;
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and co-operatively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures.
• Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home
• Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
• Contribute to our high standards of health and safety
• Effectively mentor/be mentored by other plumbers on our team
