Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, schematics, and the ability to work with various tools and materials. The Plumber will ensure all work complies with safety standards and meets client specifications, contributing to the efficient operation of plumbing systems in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine project requirements Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction tools to complete installations and repairs Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to ensure project efficiency Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters, HVAC technicians, and welders to complete projects effectively Ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards Assist in assembly tasks related to plumbing components or systems as needed Maintain a clean work environment and properly dispose of waste materials

Qualifications

Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance Mechanical knowledge combined with skills in carpentry, HVAC systems, welding, and blueprint reading Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and basic math for measurements and calculations Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments Strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving preferred but not required Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to read schematics accurately and interpret technical drawings effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.80-$44.00 per hour
