Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Responsibilities



Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Use hand tools and power tools to cut, thread, assemble, and install piping systems with precision. Perform welding tasks when necessary to secure pipe joints or repair damaged sections. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to ensure smooth workflow on site. Collaborate with construction teams such as carpenters and HVAC specialists to coordinate project tasks effectively. Follow safety protocols rigorously and ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations. Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning. Read schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues or modify existing plumbing systems. Assist in remodeling projects by installing new fixtures or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for project documentation.

Requirements



Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with a strong understanding of plumbing systems. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding apparatus. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety standards and protocols. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions for extended periods. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout tasks. Knowledge of carpentry principles useful for remodeling or assembly tasks related to plumbing installations. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for transporting materials or equipment. Maintenance Person experience or background in remodeling projects enhances versatility within the role.
