Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction while adhering to safety standards. The Plumber will work on various projects, including residential and commercial plumbing installations.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings. Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Perform routine inspections on plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and HVAC technicians to ensure cohesive project execution. Handle heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment to job sites. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.

Skills

Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing work. Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately for proper installation of plumbing systems. Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials between job sites. Familiarity with HVAC systems is beneficial for integrated projects involving heating and cooling systems. Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks safely as required by the job demands.
