Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and construction, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform plumbing tasks effectively. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure proper functioning. Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment on job sites. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and HVAC technicians, to complete projects efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during each job.

Qualifications

Proven experience in plumbing or a related field is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Familiarity with carpentry, HVAC systems, construction practices, and assembly techniques is preferred. Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for plumbing installations. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed on job sites. A valid commercial driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
