About the Role

We're looking for a

licensed and experienced plumber

to join our professional, customer-focused team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid

Ontario Certificate of Qualification (306A - Plumber License)

and have a proven track record in

residential plumbing service and small installations

.

In this role, you'll perform a wide range of plumbing service work, from diagnostics and repairs to installations of fixtures and small systems. You'll also have the opportunity to build trust with homeowners by clearly communicating new options, upgrades, and system improvements -- helping customers make informed decisions while contributing to the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Perform residential plumbing service calls, diagnostics, repairs, and small installations. Install, replace, and service plumbing fixtures, piping, and residential systems (e.g. water heaters, sump pumps, faucets, toilets, etc.). Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and present professional, customer-focused solutions. Communicate new options and recommendations to clients that enhance system reliability, comfort, and efficiency. Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Building Code, safety regulations, and company standards. Maintain company tools, vehicles, and work areas in a clean, organized condition. Complete service records and documentation accurately and promptly. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications

Valid

Ontario Certificate of Qualification (306A Plumber License)

required.

Minimum 3-5 years

of experience in residential service plumbing. Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems and best practices. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain options clearly and confidently. Valid

G driver's license

with a clean abstract. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
