Plumber
Job Description
Our team is looking for an experienced and motivated plumber. As a Plumber, you'll be responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing systems in newly constructed mini and modular homes, along with the company's rental stock. 95% of work is in our climate controlled manufacturing facility.
You will also be in charge of repairing leaks and performing regular maintenance checks. We are looking for an individual who is capable of working in a fast-paced environment with no supervision, has prior experience in plumbing, has excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Install new potable water systems
Install new drain and venting systems
Repair current infrastructure
Test new systems for leakage
Ensure all homes meet national [plumbing code
Communication with certification body
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
