Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing/water systems in residential settings (primarily rural). This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical systems, and construction processes. Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain water systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in various settings. Pumps, pressure systems, filtration. Use hand tools, power tools, and related equipment to complete installations and repairs Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely and efficiently Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues or hazards within plumbing/water systems Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper assembly of components in new builds or renovations Troubleshoot mechanical problems related to water/septic systems as needed Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards Assist with schematics reading for system designs

Experience

Proven experience working as a plumber/water well tech in residential projects Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing/water systems and construction processes Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools and schematics reading Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations Familiarity with blueprint reading and assembly techniques for complex piping systems Experience with heavy lifting tasks and working in physically demanding environments Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and plumbing installations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
