Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Plumber to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in plumbing and gain hands-on experience in the field. As a Plumber, you will work under the supervision of experienced plumbers, assisting with various plumbing tasks while developing your skills and knowledge in the trade.

Duties

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Help assemble and plumb various components according to specifications and blueprints. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Support HVAC installations as needed, gaining exposure to related systems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.

Qualifications

Second, third and fourth plumbers ; willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing work. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Physical ability to lift heavy materials (50-100 lbs), stand for long periods, and perform manual labor as required.
We operate out of Nanton, AB but we service Southern Alberta and British Columbia. Candidate must be able to work away wherever required. Most recently we have completed jobs across Alberta and BC.

Pay is dependent on education level and experience.

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
