To ensure our Resident Members' peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. ALL WORK IS PERFORMED ON NUNS' ISLAND.

$37.57 per working day for the use of your own vehicle. Employees are also paid a car allowance while on vacation.



Responsibilities

Respond to service calls regarding tenant requests. Perform various plumbing work in buildings.Carry out the installation of new appliances and various plumbing-related repairs. Perform regular maintenance of plumbing equipment. Execute any other related tasks.

Professional Requirements

Have 5 years of experience in plumbing.

Technical Requirements

Practical knowledge of french, both spoken and written. Familiarity with tablets is an asset.

Non-Technical Requirements

Good knowledge of the techniques and practices used in the practice of the trade. Ability to work and perform tasks according to trade rules, established procedures, and independently. Ability to assess and control job-related risks and take precautionary measures. Knowledge of spoken French. Valid driver license and vehicule required
