Nexgen is the new generation of mechanical contractor. We have a team of highly skilled and motivated individuals. Because of this hours worked are set by the team members. Typically we shoot for 4 day work weeks though this can be flexible as the team deems necessary to ensure we complete our goals and job tasks. This job will only be viable for highly motivated individuals looking for something rewarding for their hard work. We specialize in multifamily projects, implementing the latest technologies and tools. Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
- Weld and assemble plumbing components as needed.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and HVAC technicians on larger projects.
- Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all work performed.

Experience

- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power tools and hand tools.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively.
- Experience in welding or assembling plumbing components is a plus.
- A background in HVAC systems is advantageous but not required.
