Job Summary

As a Plumber, you will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and safety of plumbing systems in commercial and resdential settings. Your expertise will be essential in installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment such as solar and heat pumps. You'll work on diverse projects ranging from residential renovations to commercial installations, utilizing your skills to deliver high-quality workmanship.

What you'll do

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, heat pumps and solar. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading and welding as needed for system installations. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues within plumbing systems and recommend solutions. Collaborate with other trade professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met. Assist with HVAC system installations as required.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of mechanical systems. Proficient in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in plumbing work.

Preferred qualifications

Red Seal Heat Pump Certificate Solar Certificate
