In search of a Licensed Plumber. If you hold a HVAC/Gas ticket as well, the hourly rate will be increased.

```Duties:```

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings

- Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to determine the layout and placement of plumbing systems

- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, water heaters, and water softeners

- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are properly integrated into the overall building structure

- Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure they meet quality standards

- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing issues

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

```Requirements:```

- Proven experience as a plumber or completion of an apprenticeship program

- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems and components

- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively

- Knowledge of welding techniques for pipe installation is a plus

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and work in various weather conditions

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
