We are currently seeking a fully licensed or 5-year apprentice Plumber to add to our team!

Key responsibilities



Install, maintain, and repair various piping systems, fixtures, and equipment used for the distribution, supply, or disposal of water and wastewater in residential buildings, including plumbing appliances and fixture systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements. Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines. Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance. Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.

Knowledge, skills and abilities



3-5 years of experience in a similar role A 306A license, mechanical and HVAC knowledge is considered an asset Holds a valid Certificate of Qualification Possess well rounded knowledge of residential plumbing applications Ability to work on call on a rotational basis Ability to read, assess and execute blueprints and drawings Ability to travel locally to job sites Ability to perform physical tasks on construction sites, including working on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms Possesses a valid and up to date driver's license and a clean drivers abstract Ability to troubleshoot, make on-site decisions and adapt to a changing work environment Skilled in identifying issues and delivering prompt, effective solutions while maintaining exceptional customer service
