We are seeking a
licensed and experienced subcontractor plumber
for ongoing residential projects across Vancouver Island. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual or crew looking for consistent work and a professional partnership.The successful candidate must have proven experience in
plumbing installations, venting, gas systems (valid gas ticket required), mechanical systems, HRV systems, and heating systems
. Willingness totravel up and down the Island
is essential.Scope of Work:
Plumbing installations (new construction and retrofits) Gas fitting and heating system installations Venting and mechanical system setup HRV system installation and maintenance Troubleshooting and diagnostics Maintaining a clean, professional worksite
Requirements:
Valid plumbing certification and gas ticket Active business license, liability insurance, and WCB coverage Own tools, vehicle, and ability to work independently Strong experience across all required system types Willing and able to travel throughout Vancouver Island
