Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Duties

Support Pool and Splashpad installation crews Commercial Hot tub and Pool service equipment Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics. Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and troubleshooting. Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete plumbing tasks efficiently. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and integrating new systems into existing structures. Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other tradespeople to coordinate work seamlessly on construction sites. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, HVAC systems, or related mechanical components. Follow schematics and technical instructions accurately while maintaining compliance with building codes and safety standards. Read basic math measurements for precise pipe cutting and fitting; measure distances accurately using tape measures or laser tools. Engage in site preparation activities such as trenching or pipe threading as required for project progression. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; ensure all safety equipment is used correctly during operations.

Experience

Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on plumbing installation and repair. Hands-on experience with construction plumbing systems in commercial or residential settings. Skilled in welding techniques relevant to pipe joining and system fabrication. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and schematics reading is essential. Knowledge of HVAC systems and how they integrate with plumbing infrastructure is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout demanding workdays. Experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, or schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and system layout. Previous exposure to remodeling projects or assembly tasks involving plumbing components is advantageous. Valid commercial driving license or ability to operate company vehicles may be preferred but not required.
