Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing and possess the ability to work effectively on various projects, including residential and commercial installations. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, practical skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed, repaired, and maintained according to industry standards.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing system layouts. Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools. Conduct welding tasks as needed for specific plumbing applications. Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure timely project completion. Execute heavy lifting tasks as required during installations or repairs. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing work. Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs or remodeling projects as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on construction sites.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing systems. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to plumbing tasks. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately. Mechanical knowledge with experience in pipe threading and assembly techniques. Previous experience on construction sites is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to perform carpentry tasks as required for specific projects. Must be physically fit to handle heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
