Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be adept in various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC. This role involves providing high-quality service and maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of equipment and systems in both residential and commercial settings.

Duties

Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Read blueprints and schematics to understand system layouts and installation requirements. Conduct assembly of components as needed for repairs or installations. Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for equipment installation or removal. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site.

Experience

Candidates should have a solid foundation in mechanical knowledge with experience in the following areas:

Carpentry and construction techniques. HVAC systems installation and repair. Plumbing systems maintenance. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and performing welding tasks as necessary. Ability to read schematics and apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
