Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, and commercial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety standards, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. The Plumber will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure efficient project completion and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with specifications and building codes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures Use hand tools, power tools, and other construction tools safely and effectively Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required for installation or repair tasks Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate work efforts Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards Assist in assembly of plumbing components and related systems as needed

Experience

Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance in residential or commercial settings Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction machinery Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Experience with heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments Valid driver's license with a clean record required.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
