Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Plumber (Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4) to join our team. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will work under the guidance of experienced plumbers, assisting with various plumbing tasks and learning essential skills necessary for your development in this trade. The ideal candidates will have some experience in commercial and large-scale residential builds and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in the trade. This role requires a positive attitude, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities



Plumbing Installation and Support:



Assist Journeyman Plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. Follow instructions and adhere to project plans to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Ensure all work meets safety standards and building code requirements.

Learning and Development:



Actively engage in learning opportunities to develop technical and trade skills. Attend training sessions and classes as part of your apprenticeship program. Take initiative to gain knowledge about industry best practices and new technologies.

Teamwork and Collaboration:



Work closely with team members to complete tasks on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure seamless workflow.

Technical Skills and Tools:



Utilize tools and equipment properly, ensuring their maintenance and care. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (if applicable) to assist with planning and installations.

Job Site Support:



Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe job site for all team members.

Qualifications and Requirements



Apprenticeship Level:

Must be a Level 2, 3, or 4 Plumbing Apprentice.

Driver's License:

Valid Class 5 driver's license is required. Previous experience on commercial and large-scale residential builds is considered an asset. Blueprint reading skills are an asset but not mandatory. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
