Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts and designs. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Weld pipes as necessary for specific installations or repairs. Assemble plumbing components accurately to ensure proper functioning. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Perform basic math calculations to determine measurements and material requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Familiarity with welding techniques and the ability to weld pipes as needed. Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints related to plumbing systems. Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
