We are seeking a skilled and dedicated JM Plumber to join our team. We need a site for man that has experience in running new multi family construction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and regulations. We are also seeking 3rd and 4th years that can work independently
Responsibilities
New Construction, must have experience
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout of plumbing systems.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify problems or areas needing repair.
Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems during new builds or renovations.
Execute heavy lifting as needed for the installation of large fixtures or equipment.
Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
Utilize carpentry skills for custom installations or repairs as required.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing work.
Experience with carpentry is preferred but not mandatory.
Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
