Job Summary
Total Snow Solutions is hiring an experienced and reliable
Plow / Salt Truck Operator
for the upcoming winter season. This role is ideal for individuals comfortable operating plow and salter equipment during snow events and committed to safe, efficient snow and ice control.Responsibilities
Operate plow trucks and salt spreaders during snow and ice events Clear snow from commercial and residential properties Apply salt and/or sand as required Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Operate equipment safely in challenging weather conditions Be available on short notice, including overnight, early morning, evenings, and weekends
Requirements
Valid driver's license (Class 5 minimum; higher class an asset) Previous snow plowing or salting experience preferred Ability to work long and irregular hours during storms Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Able to work independently and follow route instructions
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $800.00-$900.00 per week
Work Location: In person
