Snow Plow Drivers Needed!

We are currently seeking experienced and hard-working employees for the upcoming snow plow season and this is a great way to get your foot in the door. Permanent positions are available for the right candidates. Summer and winter work available for experienced workers.

Current Contract Length:

November 15, 2025 to March 31, 2026.

Head Office Location:

90 Esna Park Drive, Markham, ON (Note: Candidate must be able to easily get to our office during overnight hours.)

Compensation:

Competitive Rates.

Various Compensation Packages (from $27.00 - $36.00 an hour).

Pay Based on Individual Candidate's Experience.

Guaranteed Hours, and a

"Seasonal Performance Bonus."

Qualifications of Ideal Candidates:

Applicants must have a snow first commitment and be on-call 24/7 through the winter season (whenever the snow is falling, or conditions become icy). An open schedule is a must, and applicants must be available and committed to work on very short notice, as determined by the weather.

Punctual, Reliable, Respectful, Driven, Dependable.

Ability to work with minimal to no supervision.

Able to work flexible, extended hours as required to complete the job.

Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Must have own reliable transportation to our office located in Markham, ON.

Minimum G License with a clean driving record.

Minimum 2 Years Experience Plowing commercial or residential properties.

Must have your own cell phone.

Must wear your own proper winter attire (ie. Gloves, hat, winter boots, winter coat, etc.)

On the Job Responsibilities:

Timely snow plowing of a pre-set/assigned residential or commercial route.

Operate a Ford or Chevy pick-up truck with a plow.

Some salting by hand may also be required.

Directly responsible for assigned snow plow route.

Always maintain detailed knowledge of all work to be done at assigned sites and remain personally committed to the satisfactory performance of the work.

On-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (days, nights, weekends and holidays).

Abiding by all company safety practices and policies.
