This role involves assisting in plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Duties

Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. Collaborate with senior plumbers to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including data entry into computerized systems. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Utilize phone systems for communication with clients and team members, demonstrating strong phone etiquette. Organize and file documentation related to plumbing projects, ensuring easy access for future reference. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy before submission or distribution. Work efficiently within the office environment using Google Suite for various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Previous experience in plumbing or related fields is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software, particularly Google Suite. Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and tools is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and proofreading tasks. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
