This position is responsible for directing and coordinating golf guests upon their arrival at the resort and the first tee in a friendly and courteous manner. As well as monitoring and enforcing the flow and speed of play on the golf course. Following training, it is also essential to understand all resort facilities and services to promote and direct guests to those areas effectively. A player assistant will also foster and ensure open communication with the Pro Shop, Maintenance Department, Outside Services, and all other departments. Understanding the roles of other outside services on the driving range and cart cleaning is essential to enhance team efforts. You are also responsible for connecting with on-site first aid if a guest is injured.

Following training, you will have a sound knowledge of the functions and promotions of the St. Eugene Golf, Resort & Casino, and the surrounding area.
Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience would be considered an advantage. Knowledge of the game of golf would be an asset.

This position will require a flexible work schedule, including weekdays, weekends, regular daytime, early morning, evening shifts, and holidays. The role necessitates outdoor work, which may occur in inclement weather.
