Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various plastering techniques and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The Plasterer will be responsible for applying plaster, restoring surfaces, and collaborating with other trades to achieve project goals.

Duties

Apply plaster to walls and ceilings using hand tools and equipment. Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, repairing, and caulking as necessary. Restore damaged plaster surfaces to their original condition. Work on drywall installations and repairs as needed. Collaborate with other construction professionals, including painters for commercial and residential projects. Rig materials safely for application and ensure proper safety protocols are followed. Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to project timelines through effective time management. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress.

Qualifications

Proven experience in plastering, drywall installation, or related fields. Proficiency with hand tools used in plastering and painting. Familiarity with commercial painting techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of safety practices related to construction sites is essential.

Pay: $20.24-$28.00 per hour
