As a Plasma Table Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, utilizing advanced plasma cutting technology to create precise components in a fast paced enviroment. Your expertise will ensure that we meet our production goals while maintaining the highest quality standards. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your skills in CNC programming and machining will shine, and your contributions will be vital to our success.

What you'll do

Operate plasma cutting machines to fabricate metal components according to specifications and blueprints. Perform CNC programming and setup for various machines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to guarantee product accuracy. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes. Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and adhering to safety protocols. Utilize hand tools and fabrication techniques to assist in assembly tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while operating forklifts, cranes, and other machinery.

Basic qualifications

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.

Preferred qualifications

Proficiency in CNC laser cutting, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and electrical discharge machining. Familiarity with press brake machine operations. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
