Job Description

CRM is a Crumb Rubber Manufacturing facility located in Crossfield AB. We collect recycled tires and bring them back to our facility to be shredded into Crumb Rubber which is used in various industries.

Plant Production worker will assist production by operating various equipment such as forklifts and skid steers, as well as monitoring production equipment and responding to any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities include:

- operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, front end loaders. (training/certification is provided)

- maintaining a clean and organized work area.

- monitoring production line to ensure we are running optimally.

- assist maintenance team when breakdowns happen and performing preventative maintenance (such as cleaning and greasing)

Requirements include:

- physically fit and able to perform repetitive motions, crouching, kneeling, twisting, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting 50+ lbs.

- be mentally alert while at work. You will be working in a busy plant where there are others operating equipment around you.

- show up every day, fit for work both physically and mentally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
