General Purpose and Scope of Position:

The Wilbur-Ellis Company is primarily involved in the mixing, processing, and transferring of animal feed ingredients. We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a Production Line Operator - Forage Facility to assist in all aspects of plant production, quality control, maintenance, and facility cleanliness. This is a full-time position.

Key Skills and Abilities Include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment, including a forklift, skid steer, and other equipment as required
• Ability to repetitively lift packages to 50Lb. (or 110Lb. with a partner) while working in a non-climate controlled dusty environment
• Good math and organizational skills
• Able to follow written and verbal directions and complete necessary documentation. The ability to read and write English is required
• Willing to work overtime hours as needed

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:

• Learn and train all roles required at the plant (mixing, bagging, forklift, container loading, etc.)
• Operate and maintain processing equipment as outlined in SOP\xe2\x80\x99s
• Maintain facility cleanliness throughout all operations
• Perform Quality Control while handling products
• Accurately document tasks performed (processing, maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
• Warehousing including receiving, shipping, and organizing
• Follow all safety, regulatory, and administrative policies and procedures
• Able to work and contribute to a team approach with a positive attitude and outlook
• Perform any other duties assigned by management professionally and efficiently

Compensation and Benefits:
