Job Description

Replenish Nutrients Ltd. manufactures a phosphate-based fertilizer for Agricultural use at its facility located in Beiseker, Alberta. Replenish is seeking a Production Operator for the Beiseker production facility. This mechanically inclined individual will be responsible for operating and maintaining plant production, perform routine and preventative maintenance. Loading and unloading trucks, duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Energetic and enthusiastic approach, balanced with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills Previous experience working with machinery and operating equipment such as loaders, skid steers, forklifts, etc an asset but not required. Training provided. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an asset Certification to operate factory machinery is strongly preferred

Work Environment

Factory and warehouse setting

Moderate to heavy physical activity: walking, lifting, equipment maintenance Personal Protective Equipment: safety glasses, gloves and steel toed boots

Salary

Based on 40-hour work week

24 hour 5 day a week schedule Hourly - commensurate with qualifications and experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.09-$45.23 per hour
