Plant Operations

Reports to: Plant Manager

Major Responsibilities:

Unloading railcars Safely loading and unloading trucks General maintenance and yard work Cleaning silos and the yard Other duties as required Other activities that arise daily pertaining to the operation, safety, and quality of our products

Qualifications:

Team Player Good Communication Skills Strong work ethic Comfortable lifting up to 45 kg Physically able to work in both hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors and at heights Willing to work extended shifts as demand requires and assist with operations as needed. Able to adapt to changes as daily demands dictate.
