Asphalt Plant Manager

to lead operations, maintenance, and staffing across multiple plant locations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability. Partner with Sales and Operations to align production output with project needs. Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain compliance with specifications and standards. Direct subcontractor performance while upholding company policies and safety procedures. Recruit, coach, and mentor plant staff to foster professional growth. Manage plant budgets, including repairs, maintenance, and operational costs. Ensure environmental and workplace safety guidelines are consistently met.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven background in asphalt production. Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Effective leadership and team development abilities. Proficiency with basic computer applications.
