Western Falcon Energy Services specializes in installing our proprietary thermoplastic liner as part of plant operations. We pride ourselves on safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality results. We're seeking a Plant Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced environment while driving production goals and supporting continuous improvement.
Job Overview:
The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and on time. This position combines leadership with a hands-on approach, stepping in when needed to get the job done. The Plant Manager reports to the General Manager while working closely with the Safety and Maintenance Manager and the Sales Manager to meet customer requirements and long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage plant staff, including workforce planning and personnel management
Oversee scheduling, quality control, and daily production activities
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all plant operations
Work collaboratively with the Safety and Maintenance Manager on equipment, safety, and process improvements
Coordinate with the Sales Manager to ensure customer requirements are met on time and to specification
Support long-term planning through strategic forecasting and resource management
Step in on the floor when required to keep production moving
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient facility
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior supervisory or management experience in plant, manufacturing, or industrial operations
Post-secondary diploma or degree encouraged; relevant experience will be prioritized
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Safety-first mindset with commitment to efficiency and quality
Above average skills in Microsoft Excel and inventory or scheduling softwares
Work Schedule & Benefits:
