Ingenieur d'usine (chef de projet / ingenieur industriel/ fabrication)
Avez-vous un Bacc en genie industriel ou mecanique avec 3 annees ou plus d'experience dans une usine de fabrication et sont-ils orientes vers la gestion de projet? Aimez vous mettre les mains dans la pate et aimez-vous diagnostiquer les problames sur le plancher de l'usine? aStes-vous curieux, aimez-vous apprendre, aimez vous engager et pousser des projets a se concretiser? Notre client est un fabricant industriel international, il est situe dans l'ouest de l'Ile de Montreal et ils prevoient d'investir plus de 10 millions de dollars dans les annees a venir pour la mise a niveau de leur usine pour l'automatisation des processus mais principalement dans l'installation de robots. En tant que tels, ils ont besoin d'un(e) chef(e) de projet pour agir en tant qu'Ingenieur(e) d'usine (le titre officiel). Ils recherchent une personne qui a un Bacc, en genie industriel ou en genie mecanique qui aura a sa charge les projets et travaillera avec une equipe d'electromecaniciens pour executer des projets lies a l'automatisation de l'usine. Vous aurez besoin d'une forte orientation de gestion de projet (ou d'experience), de familiarite avec la fabrication Lean, Six Sigma, Solidworks et une orientation pratique (de preference une experience directe dans une usine de fabrication industrielle). L'entreprise est tras appreciee dans l'industrie et travaille avec diligence pour attirer et retenir ses employes.
Salaire selon experience plus d'excellents avantages. Des heures flexibles et des travaux a domicile 1 a 2 jours par semaine sont egalement proposes.

Plant Engineer (Project Manager/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer)
Do you have an Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree with 3 years or more of manufacturing plant experience, and are project management oriented? Are you hands-on and love to diagnose problems on the plant floor? Are you curious, love to learn, love to get engaged and push projects to fruition? If so, then our client will surely want to meet with you! Our client is an international industrial manufacturer, is situated in the West Island of Montreal and has over 10M$ investment in the coming years for plant upgrading to process automation but mainly with the installation of robots. As such they need a project manager to act as Plant Engineer (the official title). They are looking for an individual who has a B.Eng in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering who will own the projects and work along with a team of electromechanics to execute projects related to the automation of the plant. You will need strong project management orientation (if not experience), familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Solidworks, and a hands-on orientation (preferably direct experience in an industrial manufacturing plant). The company is highly regarded in the industry and works diligently to attract and retain employees.
