Our client is looking to add a Controller to the small, tight-knit team. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Accountant looking to take the next step in their career as Controller of a thriving and profitable manufacturing organization. Please note that this role is 100% onsite.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Controller will be responsible for the month end close, full cycle accounting oversight, financial statement preparation, budgets, forecasts, cash forecasting, variance analysis, government compliance, ROI, diversification opportunities, business decision, short and long-term planning, and other duties including but not limited to health & safety, employee recognition, etc.

To be considered for the role of Controller, you must have 5+ years\' experience in manufacturing with similar responsibilities or supporting your controller with similar responsibilities. You must have manufacturing industry experience in a similar plant setting. Large ERP experience such as Great Plains or Navision is preferred.
