Reports to: Team Leader, Production/Operations Manager.


Key Relationships: Processing & Production


Role Purpose/ Summary: Plant care maintenance including cloning, feeding, transplanting, staking, and pruning, and other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintaining compliance with the laws, regulations and or standards All pruning and de-leafing events within grow rooms All transplanting, planting & soil tests within grow rooms All feeding of water, nutrients, etc. Room cleaning, equipment cleaning (pots, stakes, etc.) Sanitation of all plant care equipment. Maintenance of equipment within grow rooms Completing and preparing appropriate documentation as required Communication with room leaders Keeping a daily record of in room tasks completed Visually inspect plants for any concerning features such as discoloration or disease and report any findings to Shift Lead or Supervisor immediately. Remove plant waste from area. Understand and follow all related SOPs and procedures to GMP standards. Application of soil amendments, assisting in scouting for IPM issues & assisting in application of biological controls & pesticides. Other projects and tasks as assigned by leaders/managers

Qualifications:



Minimum one (1) year experience in a teamwork environment and in a manufacturing and processing environment an asset but not required Knowledge of Cannabis Act and Regulations an asset but not required Must be 19 years of age or older Must pass a criminal record check

+$2.00/hour Premium Pay if ended up working weekend shift and holidays
